The AmericaView team traveled to Denver, Colorado to attend Geo Week from February 10-12, 2025. Geo Week provides programming in the geospatial and built worlds through multiple partner organizations coming together for the event. In 2025, the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and the Reality Capture Network partnered with Geo Week to bring technology and academia together in one event. The AmericaView booth provided examples of Earth Observation education tools that have been developed by members of the nationwide AmericaView network.
The AmericaView booth was visited by conference attendees to learn about educational resources that have been developed by the AmericaView network and are available through americaview.org. AmericaView hosts a variety of educational materials that are tailored towards college-level courses, short geospatial video tutorials, for the K-12 classroom, and workforce development. All of these materials are free and can be downloaded from our resources discovery portal.

The AmericaView booth was also visited by our many industry partners that promote Earth Observation education. These partnerships facilitate the broader reach of the AmericaView network by providing scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students, support for student attendance at geospatial summer camps, and the development of STEM educational resources that are distributed to thousands of K-12 educators across the United States. AmericaView is a 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible. If you would like to donate to support STEM education across the United States, get in touch with us or visit our website.
